Darcey Newton

Darcey graduated from the University of Melbourne with the Doctor of Physiotherapy. She is passionate about wellbeing and helping people to feel their best.

Before studying physiotherapy, Darcey was as a classical ballet dancer, attending the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School where she developed an appreciation for biomechanics, movement and injury prevention. This background shapes her approach to treatment, focusing on movement-based therapies combined with manual techniques to support recovery.

Darcey also works as an assistant to the Research and Evidence subject at the University of Melbourne, helping physiotherapy students understand the importance of evidence-based practice in healthcare.

She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel supported and confident in their path to recovery.

In her spare time, Darcey enjoys staying active at the gym, cheering on Geelong, and sharpening her skills on her PlayStation.
