After beginning his career as a sports scientist and personal trainer, Chris made it his mission to excel in everything he does. He started by developing a high-performance sprint and marathon kayaking squad, where he coached athletes to national medals and even world championship performances. During this time, his passion for healthcare grew, leading him to pursue exercise physiology so he could apply his skills to the everyday athlete.

Drawing on his knowledge, Chris has helped hundreds of people achieve their health goals and accomplish incredible milestones, such as walking the Camino Trail in Italy, deadlifting 130kg, running their first 5km, and much more. His dedication to knowledge and results continues to grow, and he remains committed to lifelong learning and professional development.
