Hayden is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their active lifestyles. Graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2023, Hayden’s journey in the health and fitness industry spans over 6 years, providing a wealth of experience to draw from.
With a deep-rooted belief in the power of movement and the resilience of the human body, Hayden is committed to guiding patients through every step of their recovery journey. Working together, the goal is to restore their strength, vitality, and passion for life. Hayden will be working at Rowville and North Fitzroy.
Previously the Head Physiotherapist for Lakes United Rugby League, Hayden thrives in the dynamic world of sports medicine, working tirelessly to facilitate athletes’ return to peak performance. Beyond the field, expertise is also extended to hospital settings, collaborating with patients on their journey to rehabilitation and well-being.
Outside the clinic, Hayden is often found pursuing personal active interests. Whether it’s going to the gym, playing wall ball, or simply relaxing with a coffee at the Beach, staying connected with the community is a priority.
